As Eddie Murphy used to say, it’s the shortest month of the year, so of course, it’s Black history month.

To honor it, the enlightened, non-rascists running NBC have decided that the 30 Rockefeller Plaza commissary should have a menu that they feel reflects the appetites of the average African-American.

So, without hesitation, they chose fried chicken.  The picture above is from their menu, and was taken with a camera phone by an offended NBC employee.

Apparently, they’ve been taking their culinary inspiration from this Australian KFC Ad. 

I’m surprised they’re not giving away free watermelons at the corporate craps tournament.

Please, NBC, just stop.  From Chris Matthew’s comments about how he managed to forget Barack Obama was black, to your insulting assumption that all of your black employees would flock to the fried chicken special, I think you’ve taught us enough about racial sensitivity.
